Ehsey Farms takes its name from the Bangwa word for “earth”—a reminder that everything we do begins and ends with the soil. Rooted in Southwest Cameroon, we farm with what the Bangwa people call the “99 senses”—the ancestral wisdom that goes beyond sight, taste, and touch to include intuition about the seasons, respect for the land, understanding of community needs, and 98 other forms of knowing that have been cultivated for generations. We grow, process, and package authentic Cameroonian foods using sustainable practices that honor both tradition and innovation. From our farms in Cameroon to tables around the world, every product carries the complete care of the 99 senses—nourishing bodies, connecting communities, and preserving the rich culinary heritage of our homeland.
